The Cosmo Loyalty Program (“Program”) is designed to reward eligible members (“Member”) for their participation in gaming and other activities at Cosmo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Program and Members’ participation. By participating in the Cosmo Loyalty Program and accessing its benefits, rewards, and exclusive offers, you confirm that you meet the following criteria:
1. Member Contact Information
Members must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details, including:
a. Full legal name (as shown on official identification).
b. A valid phone number and email address for communication.
c. Residential address (if required for verification or service purposes).
Cosmo will use the contact details provided in the Member’s profile for all necessary communications. If an account is found to have multiple email addresses or is suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity, Cosmo reserves the right to suspend the account and/or revoke accumulated Points.
By providing personal information to Cosmo, the Member expressly consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of such information for the following purposes:
Membership management and communication (e.g., account updates, service notifications).
Processing rewards, transactions, and promotions (e.g., redeeming Points, sending promotional offers).
Improving services and security monitoring (e.g., fraud prevention, enhancing Member experience).
Cosmo may share this information with third parties as necessary to fulfill service requests, subject to the Member’s prior approval and in compliance with Decree 13/2023 on Personal Data Protection.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must meet the following criteria:
a. You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, whichever is older.
b. If applicable, you are a foreign national and do not hold a Vietnamese passport.
c. You are the sole user of your Cosmo Loyalty Program account and do not share it with others unless expressly permitted by Cosmo.
d. You have provided accurate and up-to-date contact information for your membership.
e. The name on your Program account matches your legal identification.
f. You are enrolling as an individual, not on behalf of a company or another entity.
g. You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
3. Termination by Member
To suspend or delete your Program membership, please contact Cosmo Customer Care.
4. Program Terms and Conditions, Program Rights
Cosmo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the Terms of the Program at any time. Additionally, Cosmo may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion. The “last updated” date at the end of these Terms reflects the most changes. It is the Member’s responsibility to regularly review any updates. By continuing your membership in the Program after changes have been made, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms and affirm your commitment to compliance. The current Membership Terms supersede and replace all previously published versions.
5. Program's Right to Cancel Membership, Revoke, or Adjust Point Deposits
Cosmo reserves the right to cancel any membership and revoke any and all unredeemed Points, benefits, and/or rewards accumulated in a Member’s account for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
a. Failure to make payments or engaging in any fraudulent activity, such as cheating or taking advantage of earning Points through improper means.
b. Damage to any machine, device, or facility owned by or located within Cosmo Club.
c. Physical abuse, threats or assault of Cosmo personnel, which will lead to immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.
d. Exploitation of the program, including but not limited to buying, selling, or trading Points, rewards, or vouchers in connection with the Cosmo Loyalty Program.
e. Soliciting other players to use personal or company credit services, loan services, or engage in any financial transactions unrelated to Cosmo's services.
f. Recruiting others to join other clubs or establishments and defaming or disparaging Cosmo Club in any manner.
In the event Cosmo cancels a membership as permitted under these Terms, Cosmo has no obligation to permit the individual whose membership was cancelled to re-enroll in the Program.
Members whose accounts are cancelled, either by Cosmo or by the Member, will forfeit all accumulated Points, Point vouchers, Reward Nights, and any other benefits associated with the account. Such Member will no longer be eligible to earn or redeem Points under the Cosmo Loyalty Program.
Cosmo reserves the right to withdraw Points from a Member’s account if they were deposited in error and to revoke all Points in a Member’s account if the Member abuses the Program, including but not limited to abuse of the Point redemption process. Cosmo will inform the Member of the reason for such actions to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the changes to their account.
6. Maintaining Member Account Information and Protecting Membership
As a member of the Program, Members are responsible for ensuring that their profile information, including personal details such as the document used to sign up for the membership loyalty program, is kept up-to-date. Most personal information and communication preferences can be updated by logging into the Member account on the Cosmo website or app.
If a name change is required, Members should contact Cosmo Customer Care and be prepared to provide legal documentation (such as a passport) to support the change.
Members are solely responsible for safeguarding their account and password. Any activity conducted through the Member's account is their responsibility, even if it was done by someone else using their credentials. When contacting Cosmo Customer Care about the account, additional verification may be required for fraud prevention and security purposes.
7. Points Earning
Members earn Cosmo Points through eligible gaming and activities. The calculation of Cosmo Points shall be determined by Cosmo from time to time. Points may be redeemed for rewards such as Free Play, Spa services, dining, or any other rewards specified by Cosmo.
8. Redemption
Points can be used for specific rewards. Points have no cash value unless redeemed.
9. Card Requirements
Members can integrate the Cosmo app and link their membership card to use it as a substitute for the physical card.
10. Exclusions
Points are not earned on taxes, gratuities, or specific promotional activities
